With this unit, you can connect up to three iOS or Android devices via the RS-M500 app and use them as wireless microphones or intercoms. On top of that, the M510 has the most advanced features a VHF can offer, such as built-in GPS and available AIS. Cramming in all these features must make for a big unit, right? Nope—the 6.9-inch‑wide, 4.3-inch-high, 2.1-inch-deep unit requires half the mounting depth of some VHFs. Oh, and did we mention that it’s IPS68-protected and built to MIL‑STD-810 G specifications?
